Last year more than a thousand businessmen and businesswomen, economic institutions and multilateral organizations representatives, entrepreneurs, as well as governmental entities of the Mediterranean region met during the Mediterranean week of economic leaders emphasizing once again the importance of Mediterranean cooperation and integration as a core factor for economic development and to compete in a global market.
